Whats the best Computer Build for Skyrim

[Mega Zone]

OK i was using a decent computer its not mine its my brothers but i was playing skyrim for a little bit on it and i got real into the modding, but when i added hd textures and lots of other mods like wet and cold frostfall my game just started getting these annoying fps drops heres a list of all the mods i was using


my specs are

gpu
MSI Radeon r9 270 upgraded from a pny GeForce 550 ti

cpu
i5 2320
Intel Core i5-2320 Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.0GHz

psu 600 watts

ram 12 gb

2 tb hard drives

the mobo is custom stock

NOTE: I have no enb installed

i tryed on ultra and i only get 10-15 fps with 1920 x 1080

on high and i get around 45ish but still has a stutter and thats on 1600 x 900

i OC My gpu and it put a toil on my cpu i used MSI Afterburner

You do realise that heavily modded skyrim is the most demanding game you can find for a gpu. With all that mods your r9 270 wont be able to keep up. Your cpu is fine but if you want to keep the mods you will have to upgrade your gpu. There is no upper limit on what the upgrade choice will be. Even a gtx 780 and r9 290 will present bottlenecking for what you are asking. So the real question is how much are you willing to spend?
