[SOLVED] whats the best cooler for temperature and noise?

Right now I got the hyper 212 evo but the temperature isn't the best and airflow is great in my case. I had the platinum corsiar aio sent it back because it was too loud and I didn't care for the rgb. Does anyone know a good cooler liquid or air, for the 3600 Ryzen 5.

If chassis airflow is poor, then you fix that first. Any cooler will lose efficiency if airflow is poor.
