What's the best CPU cooler for my build?

I'm looking for a CPU cooler to replace my stock Intel cooler. I'm slowly building up my PC and currently the build has:

Corsair Carbide Air 740 Case
Asus H110M-R Motherboard
Intel i5 6400k
GTX 750ti GPU
8GB Crucial 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM
FSP 240w PSU (upgrading this next).

I have a budget of around £40 -50.

Some of which I've been looking at include, the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo as it's mentioned in a lot of builds that I've seen, the Corsair Hydro H55 liquid cooler, and the CoolerMaster Seidon 240v AIO liquid cooler.

I'm not too sure on the benefits of liquid cooling over air so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

Most AIO liquid coolers are for "bragging rights" only.
Almost all of them are beat in cooling by quality air coolers. The ones that do beat air coolers are so noisy when the CPU is under load you can not tolerate the sound.
The H7 listed above is the best budget cooler at this time.
If budget is really a concern then the Gammaxx400 is the best cheap-o cooler you can buy.
Ihhave a modified 212EVO ,so it is a good choice, but out of the box, H7 hands down beats it.
