Also i'd prefer the cpu be near 150$ price range and the motherboard aswell

Yeah, if you are live-streaming gameplay, a Ryzen 2600 would probably be the best option in that price range right now, since it has 6 cores with 12 threads. Overclocking it can get you 2600X-like performance as well, though you may need a better cooler to get the full potential out of overclocking.

Since it sounds like you are on a budget, you probably don't need a motherboard that high-end though. There are a good number of decent B450 motherboards in the sub-$100 range that are plenty fine for overclocking on. That money would probably be better put toward components that will have more of a direct effect on performance.

What kind of hardware do you have now, and what specs do you intend the new build to have?
