Whats the best CPU match to my new r9 270x

I recently bought a new r9 270x and am wondering if my athlon II x4 640 will hold up. If not, what would be the best CPU match? Keep in mind that my motherboard only supports 95 Watts. It is a 760GM-P23 (FX)
