Question Whats the best DDR4 motherboard right now for intel i7-12700?

hey everyone, im thinking about building a new PC and was looking for some motherboards. However I cant really decide on which one to get. I use my PC for both gaming and content creation.

Here are some motherboards I would take into consideration:

graphics card would be a rtx3080ti if that matters.

Since you speak of being a content creator, what sort of features are you gravitating towards? More storage, better audio, better overclocking? The Gigabyte board is behind in the audio department as well as the Ethernet department and lacks WiFi. The other two boards have WiFi, 2.5Gb Ethernet adapters.

I would say storage, but aren't there like 2tb ssds on the market already? and maybe better audio for doing sound-design and producing in general.
