Question What's the best firewall service with cloud and updated security controls

What's the best firewall service with cloud back up and most of common security controls for an organization of 15 people to 20, what i have in mind is Barrucuda and pfsense but i don't know which is better to choose for this organization we are running a windows server 2012 R2

any advices or thoughts are most welcome

Realize, no offense intended, that there is no "best" per se.

There are always trade-offs and other factors that must be incorporated into your requirements.

Budget being one consideration.

Specific functional requirements are important.

Administrative requirements being another.

What IT plans does your organization have for the future?

My suggestion is that you visit the relevant product/service websites.

Look for User Guides/Manuals, FAQs, and Forums.

Read as much documentation as you can. Look for what is said but also what is not said.

Become aware of the trade-offs involved and what those trade-offs may mean with respect to your organization and budget.

Send questions to the applicable Help or Customer Service Desks.

You can learn a lot by how they do or do not respond.
