I'm looking for a gaming mouse under $70, the colour has to be white because that's the colour of my case, it should also be windows 10 compatible, thanks in advance

40 70 200 dollar. it doesnt matter in any way theyre all able to go from left to right on your screen from 1mm.
so you need to look for the mouse that fits best in your hand, this cahnges per person.

what hand grip do you prefer and how big / small are your hands , thanlook for that kind fo mouse.
