What's the best gaming PC I could build for £600?

I'm a PC noob and I need help! I need a list of parts that would allow me to play games like the Witcher 3, Battlefield 4 and (when it comes out) Fallout 4 on Ultra at atleast 60 fps for a price of around £600. I would also like to know what type of monitor and version of windows I'm best getting aswell. Any help is greatly appreciated!

16GB of RAM is not beneficial if the PC is only for gaming and normal tasks; Even if later you need more RAM, that is easily upgradable.

There is no use getting a 4690K if you get an H97 motherboard, it is better to get an i5 4460.

An SSD is almost an absolute must now, especially in this price range. It will make your computer much more respnsive, and decrease load times greatly.

The EVGA NEX series PSUs are not all suitable for a gaming rig, they are rated Tier 4 in tom's hardware's PSU Tier list. Quoting from that article: No Japanese capacitors found. Only Taiwanese capacitors and may even include Chinese capacitors. Very basic safety circuits or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice.
