Probably go for a B450 motherboard so you have some growth potential.

You don't need to buy a CPU cooler.

I always recommend spending more on a power supply. Key to stability right there. Seasonic 520W generally go on sale, minimum Corsair CX or EVGA B2 or B3 power supplies is where I draw the line.

Haa... I wish. In UK these prices go way up. Wish I was born i the US. The RX 570 here cost 125 pounds. And everything's like that. What do you think of replacing ryzen 5 2600 with ryzen 3 2200g or ryzen 5 2400? And anything equivalent to rx 570 but cheaper. Not 1650 coz it seems to be a bit behind even the 1050ti

I think it might be an idea to start with a 3400g and later add a gpu. The budget is so tight that you just get no really balanced rig that is not due for an upgrade in 6 months.
Why go for a better CPU but excluding the GPU? Amazon has an offer for Ryzen 5 2600 right now. 110£ right now. Is that a better option? And an rx 570? Like I said, jus for gaming and recording

Better off going for a 2400g and just upgrading later I think. Because with that the GPU only has 4GB of RAM, you only have 8GB of ram which is a very big no no on an APU (remember 2GB will be taken by the APU) and you’ll need to swap the PSU if you want to do any upgrading.

500usd is 375 pounds.
