I’m not familiar to euros in USD, but I would suggest a 1060 or 1070. Either of those should work just fine, my only concern would be the PSU, cause most of the time, you’ll want double wattage than what, say, PCPartPicker would suggest. So you may want to go with the 1060, but first look into power requirements, because there is no way you can run a 1080 or higher on 430 watts.
? There is no real performance difference between the 1070TI and the 1080. That's why Nvidia doesn't allow over clocked models. To suggest a 1070TI over a 1080 makes no sense. They are at the same performance level. While the 1500X isn't the greatest CPU out there, when it comes to gaming it should keep up with any high end GPU just fine. Maybe in a game or two it's slower, but it should run anything out there.

The bigger issue is the small 430W PSU. Those generally have either a 6 OR an 8pin plug. 1070s+ tend to need more power than that. Assuming you aren't upping the PSU as well, that limits you to the 1060, and the 1070 if you have an 8pin plug.
