Hey guys
I need help upgrading my OLD PC, I want to make it a good Gaming
please don't suggest me a new PC because i dont have alot of money.

I am planning on upgrading my Graphic Card, so help me get the best Graphic Card

Ram: 8GB DDR3

Video card: XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra
Motherboard: EVGA X58 SLI3
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ
LED Monitors: Samsung 22" BX2331 LED" 1920x1080 2ms Full HD
SSD Corsair force 3 120GB
HHD 500 GB+1TB
Case: AeroCool VX-e Pro

You tell us three times you don't have a lot of money, but you don't tell us the amount of money you can spend, which is a necessary part of answering your question. I know what " a lot" means to me but I don't know what "a lot" means to you.

It would also be useful to know what you're actually playing. We can't make this into a good gaming PC if we're talking a very small budget -- the i7 950 is just too old and is outperformed nowadays by modern i3s -- but a GPU can likely make this PC back into a decent budget gaming PC.
