For minimal bottleneck, get a GTX 1050ti. If you have a slightly higher budget, get a GTX 1060 3gb, but don’t go higher than that.

But I think what you really wanted to ask is what GPU is most balanced with your CPU.

However, that is the wrong question to ask.

The question is: what GPU is best for the monitor I have, the games I want to play, and with the CPU I currently have?

The reason for that is because there is no harm in getting a GPU that is more than your CPU can keep up with. It will not ever make performance WORSE than it would be with a lesser GPU.

So, we need to know:

• What games do you want to play?
• What are your performance expectations on those games (frame rate, detail settings, etc)
• What is your monitor's resolution?
• What is your monitor's refresh rate?
• Does your monitor have FreeSync, GSync, or neither?
  • If FreeSync, what is the FreeSync range?
• If you don't know the details of your monitor, the exact brand and model of your monitor would be helpful.
• What is the exact brand and model of your Power Supply?
