What's the best gtx 970 version

I want it to be able to play assasins creed unity and watcjdogs on ultra and the one I'm looking at right now is in this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DBWWyc
So would this card be able to do what I want and along with these games I would also like skyrim to run ultra with mods

There's not a big difference between the 970 versions. Some might have 1-2 more FPS, but that's it. MSI and ASUS will come with backplates preinstalled as well. I know the Gigabyte and EVGA versions do not.
