What's the best HardWare for this computer

Hello I have an Acer Power PC with a core 2 duo CPU, and 2GB of ddr2 ram, with Nvidia 630 video card, and windows 7 32 bit, should I upgrade anything or leave as is?

It has an pcie 2.0 x16 slot with x16 speeds, I can not see the model number.

Does the PC have a sticker on the back of the case? If yes can you post what it says?

there aren't any upgrades you can really do with that board. I would recommend you change the board for a i3 compatible one. This is the combo I would buy:
