What's the best heatsink and fan combo for P4?

I'm new to the overclocking world. I'm most likely going to be purchasing a P4 for college. I want to try my hand at overclocking, so I want to overclock a 1.4ghz What's the best heatsink and fan combo for this sort of thing? Any info would be helpful. THANKS!!!

your best bett is going to be to get the 1.4 amd it will kill the p4 i bassically every benchmark and it will be cheaper then the p4 system

the basic problem witht he p4 procseer is that it was chopped up by intel to make it to mmark so that they wouldn't be losing the mhz race. by doing this they made it a proceser that is killed by the older procseers clock for clock
