What's the best looking skyrim mods I can get with this setup?

I'm fairly new and inexperienced when it comes to PC gaming, but I already enjoy the better frame rates, load times, etc. that comes with PC gaming. Skyrim, however, even when maxed out at ultra settings, still looks pretty dated. I just want to know what's the best looking graphic mods that I can get while maintaing a fairly good FPS rate (40-60) at 1080p


Setup:

AMD FX 8350 CPU

Radeon HD 7850 GPU

8 GB DDR3 RAM Memory
