What's the best moniter for a triple moniter1080p 144hz 1 ms response time

I'm trying to find a moniter that has a very slime besal has 144hz 1080p and has a 1ms response time but it seems that if you want a really slim besal you have to either pay 600$ or get a 1440p moniter so is there a moniter that has all the features listed above that costs under 400$.
