whats the best motherboard for i5-4690k

hi so i have a friend who just got a new desktop because his old mobo died. lol im an idiot and bought it from him for 500$. the stuff i have for it is

- i5-4690k
- 32 gb of ddr3
- 1000 watt 80+ titanium psu
- 2 gtx 970s
- 1 tb wd blue ssd
- 10 tb seagate hhd
- Thermaltake Core P7

i tested everything with a Asus H81M-D but i want a new mobo i have a 200$ limit. i want to over clock it pretty hard so. yeah. lol
