whats the best NVIDIA GPU for my rig

ok i have an HP Z400 pc and need to know what the best NVIDIA graphics card is for my power supply keep in mind i cant upgrade my power suply because its a custom PSU made my HP for the Z400 heres my specs

Intel® Xeon® Quad-Core Processor W3565 (3.20 GHz, 8 MB cache, 1066 MHz memory) LIQUID COOLED
16 gigs ddr3 ram
240gig SSD
2TB HDD

right now i have a geforce 750TI msi low profile and it does a great job but there are some games comming out that wont run on my card there is also a game i wish to play thats already out such as the witcher 3 that wont run so what nvidia gpu do u guys recommend the cheaper the beter my limit would be 150 us$

At the moment your best be would be to stick with that card as higher end GPU's will use more power. You may be able to fit a GTX 950 in but that's all you could really get.
