I'm looking for high performance for low price. Doesn't matter Nvidia or AMD but right now AMD is selling 8 gb vram RX 580 for the same price as a GTX 1060 2gb vram.

What country are you in? Would you concider building a pc? You could get more performance for your moneym
Yes, I'd be willing to build one as long as it doesn't involve anything more difficult than putting stuff on the motherboard and that type of stuff. I can download BIOS and stuff on my own but as long as the construction of the computer isn't risky I'll be all ears.

Putting together a computer isn't very hard, and if your careful and take precautions you won't damage anything. Most parts can't be plugged in wrong and with a good build tutorial, such as pauls hardwares the latest tutorial on youtube, most people can do it. Ill come up with a good list for your budget.

Here is a good list. Compared to the best deal prebuilt I could find, this custom setup has a Ryzen 5 2600 with 2 more cores and 4 more threads than the R5 2400, 16gb of ra, compared to 8gb likely at a much faster speed, much faster RX580 8gb GPU with 4 times the amount of VRAM compared to the GTX1050, nicer psu and case, and nicer storage drives. The mobo i included is also better with included wifi and overclocking support.
