Could anyone give me some links on the best Pre-Built gaming setups that can run Arma 3? I'm looking for a new PC that can run Arma3 on High-Ultra! I also need: monitor with high refresh rate and resolution, keyboard, and speakers! My budget is about 3500-4000 maybe a few more for shipping I would like it to be Windows 8 or 10. I also like LEDs in the case too!

Spending that much I'd go with a custom builder whom provides plenty of options.

If you are just looking for a tower. This will play any game at 4K, has plenty of storage space for a lot of games and an ultra fast SSD for booting and select games.

This variant has the same gaming performance. However the storage has been modified to all SSD. You lose some storage space but placing all games on SSD will allow them to load much faster. The dual 1TB Samsung 850 evo in RAID 0 is very fast. Not as fast as the M.2 SSD removed but you probably wouldn't notice the difference.

Although not quite as good. This build can still game at 4K just not quite as well...

The 32GB RAM on the first two is overkill. It will provide you plenty of room for the future. Also useful if you are interested in streaming gameplay.

I have this setup and running Arma on high-ultra with view/object/shadow distance on 6 km / 4 km / 200 m.

GPU: GeForce GTX 970
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.95 GB RAM usable)
Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz

Frame rate around 40 FPS. I suggest to get a GTX 1070 if you have the budget. However don't expect ArmA as demonstrator for your PC as Arma not utilizing very well the modern GPU/CPU architecture. So go for the highest core performance possible and SSD helps a lot every aspect.
