What's the best single radiator CPU liquid cooler?

I'm currently thinking about getting the Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 120, but I haven't heard much about it. Is it bad? What's better than it for a similar price? What makes it better?

You'll be better off with an air cooler, assuming you can fit one in your case and aren't bothered by the look. 120mm AIO water coolers aren't worth the money when compared to something like a 212 EVO or Cryorig H7.

Air Coolers aren't really much better, they're kind of equal.

The Noctua NH-D15 is one of the best air coolers, and it's only about 2C cooler than the X31 (and about .5C cooler than the X41), it is the the most quiet though, at about 35DB (equivalent to: Quiet rural area.) whereas the X31 gets up to 52DB (equivalent to: Quiet suburb, conversation at home.)

Are those other liquid coolers better than the MasterLiquid Pro 120? They're both a bit louder

The master liquids are so new, there are no reviews of the 120 out yet.

aren't any noise tests either, the noise tests I posted were for the actual measured noise they generated as a hole, the marketing information just lists the pump noise, not including the fans.
