What's the best site to buy an i7 8700K Cpu

Hi there! I am looking to buy this CPU. Can any of you fellows tell me which site it would be best for me to buy it from? It does not matter whether or not it is used, i just want it to function perfectly. I live in Romania and here a new one costs approximately 450usd.
I WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR IT BETWEEN 300-350 USD with shipping and possibly with thr option of me checking the delievered package. Thank you.

If you want to pick up a used one your best bet is something like ebay.

New, youre not getting an 8700k for that price.

You could look at the non-k for a bit cheaper or an i5 9600k (actually slightly better for gaming)

In some games tested, under certain circumstances (at stock speed) , the i5 comes out slightly ahead -

At 1080p most cpu's average out the same because gpu does most of the work. At 1440p and higher is when the 8700k starts to show its power. The 9600k is no slouch tho for 1080 and 1440 gaming. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gX2JY2o3v6I
