What's the best upgrade for my PC that's still cheap?

I don't want to buy a new motherboard because I'm not so good with the hardware of computers and I don't want to spend much money. What would be the best upgrades for my system that aren't too expensive?
My computer's specs are

Motherboard: GA-F2A88X-DS2 FM2+ socket
CPU: A6-6400K APU
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 360

What would be best that my motherboard supports?

I would first upgrade to one of those processors. But then the gfx card will then be the weak link. You can look into the GTX 960 or R9-380 as the top cards those processors can support without major bottleneck.

You got my curiosity piqued, so I installed F4 on the closest PC I have to your theoretical A10-8750 and R9-380. My Phenom II X4 965 BE @ 4GHz and my GTX 960 FTW+.
These are the settings I used to simulate your requested "high" settings.

Fraps showed my getting 60 FPS down to 30 FPS depending on the intensity of the scene and the action. But I think that game is capped at 60 fps if memory serves me correctly.
