Whats the best value graphics card to run ultra 4HD films?

I use my pc on my tv and watch all films and shows that way. I have an APU A10 6800K 4.10GHz and 8GB ram. with my old Tv I never had any problems.

I recently purchased a Samsung series 6 UE50MU6120K - Ultra 4k HD - as which magazine gave it a best buy and stated it handles fast scenes without juddering.

However I am getting juddering, and what looks like slow frame rates. Its been suggested that my APU can not handle Ultra 4K HD, and is causing the problems. If so, what would be a reasonably priced Graphics card solution for films, not games?
