What's the best version of the GTX 970

I'm looking at getting a GTX 970 and want to know what version is the best

The best 970 I have tried is gigabyte gaming g1. It overclocked the highest and ran the coolest.

don't get a 970 get an r9 390 the card has 8gb vram vs the 970's 3.5
