Hello guys thank you for stopping by my question is pretty simple as title says because on latest v1709 build it just stutters so baadly I can't even look at it and I have pretty mid pc ryzen 3 1300x gtx 1060 6gb 8gb ram is anniversary update v1607 really the best one for gaming or creators update v1703? Thank you for your answers

Solution
My experience has been to disable Windows from changing your hardware drivers once they are running well (tho it has ignored that once).
It likes to put it's own uPdAtEd drivers in, and each time it was for the worst. Look * HERE * on how to try to stop it.
Once that is done, download drivers from their official sites, preferably versions you knew were good, but regardless, and uninstall the ones you have now, and reinstall with the ones you want.
In my experience I don't see a difference while gaming, but with each update Windows is more stable.
I do clean installations. A friend prefers 1703 because gets better FPS.
I suggest you check what is causing your issue.
Have you check your task manager for processes using too many resources.
Would you be able to pinpoint the instances this stuttering starts?
Does it happens all the time or while gaming or running specific programs?
Have you had any any error messages?
