whats the best video editing software for windows 7 64bit

hello can some one please recommend a decent editing program for my youtube blogs id prefer pree if possible as im on a limited budget aka fixed income but ill pay if i have to my os is windows 7 64bit. im maiking youtube blogs and need a decent editing program i dont want to use adobe premiere pro so recommend me something please

do you just want to cut and paste or do advanced cool effects

Note you will need a program like 7zip to extract this file.

watch the tutorials . they make take an hour - two but they are worth your time
