What's the best vpn

basically im on the look out for a vpn i mainly am gonna be gaming but i do get throttled by isp abit for the amount of downloads i do i also watch netflix on the side and used to use a vpn to watch american netflix since im from the uk

basically the main thing i wanna know is what is the best vpn for gaming/hd streaming ect

Private Internet Access is the best. Cyberghost is pretty good too since you can use a free version of it.

Fortunately, there are several VPN providers still being able to circumvent Netflix's VPN block from outside the US. I prefer TorGuard (http://tg-vpn.com), but that's me... However, do your own research. (Contact support about how to bypass the block.)

The correct wording would be "There are still VPN providers Netflix does not know about".

I tried PIA and their proxy service does not work with uTorrent, there are many complaints about it. I ended up using PureVPN because of its software. It lets you split tunnel so you can force only uTorrent to go through the VPN service. Torrent IP check shows the software works as well. Got full speed with torrents too so they may be worth trying if you are still dissatisfied.
