What's the best PC I can make?

This's really serious, I'm doing heavy research about a disease and I need the best workstation I can get, I can spend up to a million dollars to it, it does not need to have that as a price, but I want the BEST PC I can get that costs less than 1 million dollars.
The PC/Workstation must have:
-8 monitors at minimum that can run with 120Hz at least with one big monitor.
-A CPU capable of doing up to 30 threads at a time that can run with at least 5 GHz that's able to run heavy real life simulations.
-A GPU that's capable of running heavily real life simulation graphics
-The PC must be able to run Virtual Reality
-The machine must be capable of running simulations with heavy graphics smoothly, AT LEAST 200 frames per second.

Honestly you're better off consulting someone at IBM or something similar. There may be a couple of guys here who can hobknob you something together that'd do an admirable job but that is beyond a scope of what can be done on forums. You'd need specific program info and access to tech you can't buy readily available. To my knowledge one part isn't possible (30 threaded cpu at 5 GHz) though I suppose dual 6950xs running on ln2 could come close)

If that were a real budget, you would not be here asking.
Further...the requested 'specs' sound like buzzword bingo.

30 threads running 5ghz and this is a workstation which means no oc. Good luck, you won't find that in this day and age. Ghz shouldn't even matter. I would close this without question.

I wonder...for that kind of money, why would you try to put it all in single workstation? Rent out a server farm, connect to it....done
