Whats the best???

Help me choose between R9 270 and Nvidia Quadro 5000.
I want a good GPU for high end Gaming purpose...

Neither, both are extremely poor choices, as Quadro cards are terrible for gaming, and are intended for development and heavy workstation application, also the R9 270 is underpowered for its cost.
What is your budget, what country are you in and what retailers are you using?

The Quadro isn't made for gaming, it's a workstation graphics card for graphic designers. Are these second hand cards you can get? Because the r9 270 has been replaced by better graphic cards for the same price.

out of the two choices the 270 is better


neither is high end, more like entry level gaming

What other retailers would you be willing to buy from?
The range there is poor, as is the pricing.

I am ready to buy from any retailer, please suggest me a card better in my budget. R9 270 is the best card I've found so far under 20000.

Is this "SAPPHIRE" brand OK?

It appears that home shopping has the widest range I can find in Pakistan....
All the other sites have even worse stock of cards and pricing.
Go with the sapphire you listed, great deal.

I found a Sapphire HD 7870 Oc Ghz Edition which is better than R9 270, take a look at this., and please suggest...

There is nothing written about that OC GHz edition in the title but the model number in the end shows it, i.e. 11199.19.20g

It isn't better than the R9 270x, it is on par with it in terms of raw performance, but support for DX12 will be very poor, as they are the oldest AMD card that supports DX12.
Get the R9 270, i'm afraid its the best you're going to do.
