Question Whats the better build, Performance wise

I'm debating what build to get, I'm trying to focus on performance but also wanting it to look good aswell. The 1st build is the more kinda "performance" build i think but the 2nd build shouldn't be as bad but would look better.
for the 2nd build i'mma overclock the ram

I would get build 2 for myself.
the CPU is more powerful and the GPU is almost on par with the other card.
the CPU clinches this one as the GPU's are nearly equivalent and the other parts are. the most powerful CPU wins

Yeah the CPU is obviously better for things such as streaming and rendering but doesn't make a difference with performance in game but i only added it for the nicer cooler tbh and obviously the extra stuff wouldn't affect me but wouldn't hurt me.
Probbably gonna go with the 1st build to save money and to get shadowplay etc.
