What's the better choice?

So basically the time is coming for me to upgrade my PC but I'm scared of incompatibility issues and such. My computer specs right now are as follows

Motherboard: F2A55-M11BB

CPU: I'm not too sure here but I think the A-8 5500 running at 3.2 GHz with a radeon HD 7560d apu

Memory: 8 GB dont know what make.

Current GPU: None, I have an APU.

Power Supply: Its an around 300 watt power supply, however I'm upgrading to a 500 watt along with the GPU.

That's all I think is important for deciding a new GPU.

Which of the following would better fit my PC

1) Sapphire R7 260x

2) Sapphire R9 270x

I know there will be some major bottlenecks with the CPU but I'm willing to buy a new one if the worst comes to the worst.

My friend told me that my board was designed for AMD apus and only an and card would work in it. I'll look more into that and consider those parts, thanks.

if the motherboard has a pcie slot ( it does ) it can run whatever you want
