[SOLVED] Whats the bottleneck?

Hi,

Waiting for 1 more part to arrive in mail, then build is on! But, just wondering, which one of these components will be the bottleneck, so i can know what to upgrade later down the line?

Asus Z390-E ROG STRIX
Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 (16-18-18-36) 32gb
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super
Corsair RM850x PSU
Be Quiet Dark Base 700 Case
Corsair H100i Platinum SE
Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB
i7 9700k

I got everything for about $350(lol)

I was thinking the GPU? Once the Amperes come out I should upgrade that first??

I don't think you will have any performance issues.

however, if you do need an upgrade, you probably would upgrade GPU first.

That's awesome price... lucky!

I mean the RTX 2070 S is in par with the 2080 really. I guess later down the line you could get the 30 series when they come out as well as the 10th Gen CPUs.

Right now you will have zero issues.

My crystal ball is out of order, so i am unable to predict the performance of a 3080ti.

What is higher utilised really is dependent on game and settings/res

I wouldn't see why it would but like NightHawkRMX said, we don't know how the new generation is going to preform. There is just speculation. You won't have any issues for a long time to come with your setup.

Woops yeah I used that word in the wrong context. I meant weakest link. Bottlenecking would be the incorrect terminology, as there isn't any component limiting another component.
