[SOLVED] What's the cheapest 10Gb network system right now?

So what is the cheapest 10Gbps network right now?

I need a switch with at least 3 ports (2 computers + 1 NAS) and handles ethernet cable. SIP ports are fine. I prefer not to run fiber as the length < 30 feet and fiber breaks easy.

I also need a PCIe NIC (obviously 10Gbps)

Still just a little out of reach for the average person. Two ports is nice, but that jump to 4 or more is pretty brutal.
