seeing as how minimum system requirements are a 9600GT you can get away with most anything I guess.
a GTX 1050 Ti will do good. If you find one used for a good and cheap price in good condition I guess you can get one of those.

ok, how about we go this route then, while you could try to go with the absolute cheapest card, that won't do you any good for any other games in the future (near or far) that you may want to play.

So why don't you tell us what you're willing to spend at most and we can narrow down your selection from there.

You can go with previous generation GTX 960, or if you want really cheap a GTX 950. Don't expect much of anything else out of a 950 though. It's pretty low powered (with most models being PCIe powered only so now power cables needed) and 2GB of VRAM.
