Whats the cheapest upgrades for my computer?

I want to upgrade my processor and graphics card if possible, what should I get?
Specs:
Model: Acer Aspire t160
Processor: AMD Sempron 3200+ Socket 939 @1.80 ghz (code name Palermo)
Motherboard: Acer FC51GM
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD Ver R02-b1
RAM/Memory: 2.5 Gb 2x1gb + 2x256mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6100 (code name c51) revision a2

It doesn't even look like you have a graphics card, just the onboard graphics built into the motherboard.

What power supply do you have?

Honestly, that thing is so outdated that any kind of upgrading what's there right now is going to be more expensive than just scrapping it and building a new computer.

This is my old computer which I am giving to my lil sis, who just uses it for youtube and such. Also, the power supply is 300 watts

Well... I personally wouldn't invest any money in it. When a computer gets to be that old, finding parts that are compatible is going to be just as much as far superior, brand new parts are.

If just for youtube, no upgrades needed, and well... no upgrades possible without basically building new system.

It currently runs the games she plays (minecraft) at an average 40 fps, what upgrades can allow it to run it smoothly (50-60 fps)?

Ram is the only thing that you could upgrade with ease but it may not help that much. Every other upgrade will require the whole system to be upgraded.

He did answer you, friend. That power supply is not to be trusted.

That being said, you can probably find a used Radeon 7750 for cheap, and that MIGHT work with the current power supply.
