Whats the deal with my Samsung 950 "Slow"?

So, I have been beating my head against the wall for months now trying figure out what the heck i am doing wrong and why my 950 pro has extremely slow random reads and writes. Now, I have read through the tons of other threads on slow 950 pro performance and not one of them have the low random read and write numbers that i do. I will attach an imgur of course. I have tried everything all the threads have suggested and i am still at a dead end. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I can provide an entire aida 64 report, but not sure how to upload the report

Try using another Benchmark Program like CrystalDiskMark.

To know the IOPS number the math is:

( -4k Q31B1 result- / 4) * 1024

That result is in IOPS.

did you clone it from a hdd? or it this a fresh install of the OS?

If I recall, i did do a clean install, but I cant remember. I do know that since then, i have done 2 re installs and chose the option to keep my files as opposed to a complete reinstall where it wipes everything.

Do you think if was to do a complete fresh install of windows, it would help my situation?
