Performance will depend on the router, the distance, the walls in-between, and neighboring WIFI interference.
The antennas on the Trendnet might be higher gain, but there are no specs posted to know for sure.
My guess is there won't be a lot of performance difference between them.

They seem the same to me. They both try to run 4x4 on 2.4 and 3x3 on 5.

Don't get to excited about the number of mimo streams. Going from 1 stream to 2 increases the rate quite a bit but much less than double. Try to go from 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 you get less and less increase. If this was magic they would just sell 100x100 mimo. It took them more than a year to get 4x4 equipment out after 802.11ac standard had been approved.

My guess is that the tendnet might work better because mimo is dependent on antenna spacing to work. Since the unit is bigger it might work better.

I suspect you could buy a 2x2 device and there would not be a lot of difference.

Be aware none of these fancy features mean anything else your router also supports them.

I already have a wusb6300 but i dont get good speeds with it .... i have two options;

1. Upgrade the modem to wifi 6 for $7-$10 cdn per month and buy a wifi 6e PCIE card for $60 cdn.

2. Upgrade my ac wifi usb adapter to one of these ac1900 adapters(currently have the wusb6300 ac1200) these cost around $100 cdn each:

Asus USB AC-68

Netgear Nighthawk A7000

TP-LINK Archer T9UH

D-Link DWA-192

TRENDnet TEW-809UB

What is your recommendation for an internet with 500mbps download/upload speeds? 1 or 2 ?

Where is the wusb6300 plugged in? Back side of a PC? If so the case from the PC may be shielding the antennas. Both of the two other devices you listed are satellite units connected via a USB cord. That allows the antennas to be moved to an optimum location.
What speeds do you get? 400Mbit with 5Ghz WIFI is about the maximum most people can get.

The wusb6300 is connected to the back of the case in my bedroom on the 2nd floor..

The modem is downstairs in the family room

I have a usb 3.0 hub which sits on the desk...maybe i should plug the wusb6300 into the hub ?

I've been using one of these for the past few weeks:

https://www.newegg.com/tp-link-archer-tx3000e-pci-express/p/N82E16833704507?Item=N82E16833704507

The antennas are fantastic -51dBm on channel 36 although that's on the same floor as my router. I recommend TP-Link over any other brand. I have a Netgear R7800 router which is better than average; I'm just waiting for TP-Link to ship their wifi 6E routers.
