What's the difference between different manufacturers reference cards?

Newegg has a Powercolor R9 Fury X for a decent price. I know powercolor isn't a "high end" GPU manufacturer, but what is the difference between lets say the Powercolor and Sapphire fury x's since they are both reference cards?

Sapphire will have the better cooler, and has a much more known reputation, Power color are meant to be cheap and more affordable, for better competition.

All up, get the Sapphire, i am also quite sure it has a greater warranty period over power color

^ Sapphire in this case WILL NOT have the better cooler, as the two companies use the same Asetek style cooler, however still get the Sapphire card.
