Whats the difference between gtx 1060 6gb gaming and gtx 1060 6gb OC

gaming version is bit expensive has 8pin pcie connector, with backplate and rgb lights, oc version is cheaper, no backplate, 6pin pcie connector, clock are slightly higher than stock

last question sorry, would I be able to have 2 monitors connected and what other graphics cards are there that would run really similar but are cheaper than the gaming one?

 
The card will support up to 3 monitors... it has 1 dvi, 1 display port and 1 HDMI port.
That would be the cheapest variant of the 1060.

The AMD RX580 8gb will perform slightly better at a lower price compared to the GTX 1060, but it will consume more power(tdp of 120W for the 1060 compared to 185W for the rx 580).
Also the rx 580 has better multi monitor support having 1 dvi, 2 HDMI ports and 2 display ports.
