What's the difference between normal LED-LCD monitor and a commercial one??

I am tempted to buy either one of these two product, but one is labled a "commercial desktop monitor" and the other is,, not. Other than the commercial version having 3year warranty vs 1yr of normal one, I don't know what's different.

Both solid choices. I think the difference is probably just LG's own naming conventions - nothing important.
