What's the difference between the EVGA 220-PS-1000-V1 and EVGA 220-P2-1000-XR PSUs?

I'm trying to figure out if I should get the EVGA 220-PS-1000-V1 or the EVGA 220-P2-1000-XR.

They are both 1000W Platinum Fully Modular PSUs. The EVGA 220-PS-1000-V1 is on sale for $154.50 (after rebate) today, whereas the EVGA 220-P2-1000-XR costs $184.99 (after rebate). The only difference I can see is that the EVGA 220-PS-1000-V1 has a 7 year warranty, whereas the EVGA 220-P2-1000-XR has a 10 year warranty. Am I missing anything? Which PSU would you go with?
