What's the difference between these 2 cards?

I'm wanting to get a 1070 Ti and I'm looking at two.. and I'm confused as to why one is so much more than the other.. can someone tell me what the differences between these are? Why is one so much more than the other? I know one is on amazon and the other newegg, but still?

Some consider the asus is prettier with 3 fans vs. two.
Performance is similar.
Actually, the EVGA unit sells for even less on newegg:

Not much performance wise, you are paying for fans rgb a backplate bigger cooler etc...... I'd get the one that was cheapest with decent cooling

Really? That big of a cost difference and it’s just looks basically? Slightly better cooling? Didn’t think they’d very THAT much. Thanks
