What's the difference between these GPU's

Please diffirentiate these GPU's in terms of their fps gap.
Nvidia Geforce 940M (4DDR3L)
Nvidia Geforce 940M (1GDDR5)

There will be fps and performance improvement if i use 940M (1GDDR5) over 940M (DDR3L) ?

There will be fps gap.
The GDDR5 will have higher memory bandwidth which will make moving data faster.
I recommend going for the GDDR5 version.
