XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0, 2xDL-DVI-D, HDMI, DisplayPort
and
XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0, DL-DVI-D + DL-DVI-D, HDMI, DP, 512bit, w/BATTLEFIELD 4
the last one is about 10$ cheaper or something but it is on sale for 12% cheaper than it used to be. and it comes with bf4.
but i can't see the difference here, they are both XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0.
I'm a noob when it comes to computers and have absolutely no idea what the difference here is or what those small numbers means. So which one's better and which one should i get?

Solution
Must you absolutely go with a 290? What's your budget and current PC specs? But to answer the question, no there isn't any difference.

I'm getting a completly new one. My budget is 2450$. If i go over the XFX Radeon R9 290 i overstep my budget and i really don't want to do that. I live in Norway, the prices here might be different than it is in your country, just saying.
But what do you mean? Is the 290 bad? Should i have instead gone for the GeForce GTX 770? It costs 160$ less.
But i've seen to many bad reviews on that and so many good reviews for Radeon R9 290 i'm pretty sure i'll stick with that.

Well I don't know what reviews you're reading, but the 770 is much better quality to price, although the 290 is better. The 290 however still doesn't have stock coolers from other companies, so it runs really hot. Why not look into the 780? It's better, has stock coolers, and you can find one less expensive than the 290. Look at the benchmarks: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

On the website i'm configuring the computer parts (which i Norway's most used site for electronics) it costs about 150$ more. And that's overstepping my budget and i simply cannot do that. As i've said, Norwegian prices might be different than in your country but it's kind of weird that where you live the 780 would cost just as much as the 290 but in my country it would cost much more. Which sites are you looking at?
