What's the difference between these two motherboards?

I was looking at this build https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/VR8TwP/great-intel-gaming-build and was on newegg picking out the parts when newegg suggested i get the exact same motherboard except it was a usb 3.1 instead of a 3.0 to go with my cpu. This is my first build and I'm terrified of messing it up so I stuck with the one that is listed on the build guide as of right now. I'm wondering what's the difference between them and if i got the USB 3.1 would it negatively impact the rest of the build?

The B250 is what is suggested and not the B250M

Did it suggest the Micro Version with 3.1?

It didn't suggest the micro version with 3.1 it suggested the 3.0 atx
