One of them is silicon power 2gb ddr2 800mhz and the other one is the same but it's kingston so why is kingston smaller ? Is that gonna cause any problem when running them dual channel ?

Solution
The Kingston is a low profile RAM for systems which are using big CPU coolers or small cases.
The size is not a problem at all.

There shouldn´t be a problem, but incompatibilities are not impossible between two modules, not bought as a dual channel kit . Even if the specifications (timings and frequencies) are identical.
You will have to look for yourself.
