Look on Ms site for exact differences , but you wont notice them for normal use...

Well,so far i like windows 7 professional 64bit.

it's basically the same in the end.
the difference of RAM capacity I think factors in but no average user used anywhere near 100+GB of RAM anyways.

when right clicking on the 'my computer' icon
since your on windows 7 pro towards the top of the screen will be a note
about upgrading to windows ultimate...
ain't that dumb..?

Just for info : Windows 7 HOME is 16GB max memory and Windows PRO is 196GB ! (64bits/X64)

Yes I would go with the professional version of x64 Windows 7.
